• Shipped: new landing page rolled out 100% after seeing a 5% [+2.3%, +7.7%] lift in sign-up conversion
• In progress:
  • Preorder marketplace scoping ready for review on Thurs
  • Customer interviews for bulk uploader will be completed by Fri
  • New style quiz test to be shipped by next Mon

Plan for next week - in order of priority: — one trick to NOT overcommitting here is by putting realistic blocks on your calendar for each priority; if you don't make the time on your calendar, you'll be swept away by meetings and urgent but unimportant things

• Meet with Jess, Erin, Chat - incorporate any feedback on GTM motion
• Work with Kendall on improving scoping
• Kick off designs for preorder marketplace
• QA style quiz results
