  3. What % of your overall purchases are new things vs. reorders?
  4. Why do you reorder? How do you decide what to reorder? How do you know when to do it?
  5. You mentioned tracking reorders is a problem. How are you currently solving it?
  6. It sounds like you don't have an ideal solution yet. Have you looked for better ones? How much have you spent on them?
  7. If we take a step back, how does reordering compare to all the other problems you face?
  8. It looks like you've reordered with us. How did you go about it? What did you think? OR It looks like you haven't reordered with us. Can you share more about why?
