- Focus on customers likely to have the problem
Context:
- Give context, but don't explicitly mention the exact solution yet to avoid leading the witness; let them be the judge of what the solution is
Interview questions:
- Show them a prototype, but don't pitch or explain; see what they can figure out on their own
- Ask them to put their thoughts on speakerphone, no bad questions, they can be candid
- Good questions: can you tell us what you're looking at? What do you expect to happen? What does X mean to you?
